the Planning and Zoning Commission, on February 19, 2004, opened the Public
Hearing and continued to its meeting of March 18th, Case No. S-1098R2, Kroger,
zoning change request from C-S-1098R (Commercial-Special Use Permit 1098R)
to C-S-1098R2 (Commercial, Special Use Permit-1098-Revision-2), to allow a
drive-through pharmacy with canopy along the west side of the existing grocery
store, located at thc northwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur
Boulevard.
