You recently received a notice regarding a zoning change for
the Kroger property scheduled to be heard by the Planning
and Zoning Commission on February 19th.
We've recently received a letter requesting this case be held
under advisement until the Commission's March 18, 2004,
meeting. If recommended for approval, the hearing date for
the Council's consideration will be April 13th.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public heating on Thursday, the 19th
day of February, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. S-1098R2, Kroger, zoning change request from C-S-1098R (Commercial-Special Use Permit 1098R) to C-
S- 1098R2 (Commercial, Special Use Permit- 1098-Revision-2), to allow a drive-through pharmacy with canopy
along the west side of the existing grocery store, located at the northwest comer of Sandy Lake and MacArthur,
at the request of Mike Clark of Winkelmann and Associates, Inc. The Planning and Zoning Commission may
also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned
Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department,
255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
