This letter is to inform you that thc Town Center Addition, Lot 3. Block 3, Firg
American Bank Site Plan Amendment, to allow two additional attached signs on the
existing 4,995 square-tbot bank building on 1.13 acres of property located at 252
Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, April 13,
2004. subject to the fbllowing condition:

Place note on face of signage exhibits that states the logo becomes
a legal, non-conforming sign and if damaged, destroyed or
removed for any reason, the logo will have to abide by the then
current signage regulations.
