1. All retainers are to be bronze, not blue,
2. Sign on west elevation is shown to be 24 square
feet. As stated in the Zoning Ordinance, a 24 square
foot sign can accomodate a maximum 4.8 foot logo.
The existing logo is 27.5 feet, thus becoming
non-conforming when the "First American Bank" sign is
added. Place note on Sheet 1 that the existing logo
becomes non-conforming with the additional "First
American Bank" sign added to the building.
3. Explain letters on attached Site Plan-what do they
refer to? Detached signage (other than monument
sign) is not allowed.
