1. In reviewing the plans, it appears that the exterior
stair is in conflict with the support/overhand of the
carport. Clarify please with additional plan information,
elevation information/solution.

1. Change plan to reflect the "Woodridge" Subdivision
not "Woodbridge."
2. Ensure pitch of carport is the same as the existing
structure.
3. Show height of retaining wall. Ensure there is no
conflict between the stairs and the 7' height of the
carport measured from the ground.
4. Verify the height of the carport exceeds the height of
the windows on the home.
5. Show the separation or connection from the carport to
the main structure.
6. Show the brick color proposed.
7. Rear elevation - Reverse leader line to point toward
the brick.
