NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th
day of May, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No.
PD-145R3, Woodridge, Section 5, Lot 58, Block A, zoning change request from PD-145R (Planned
Development-145 Revised) to PD-145R3 (Planned Development-145 Revision-3), to allow the construction of a
carport to be set back one foot from the rear property line (a variance of 2 feet) located at 1040 Mapleleaf Lane,
at the request of Lee Beck. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department,
255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
