new exterior construction when there are several
interior items (substandard) that do not meet current
Health requirements.

PARKING CHART:
1. Need to include required parking in the for currently
vacant office lease spaces (total of 33.5 additional
spaces)
2. Parking for the Proposed Patio is 4 not 3
3. Required parking for this center = 216
4. Subtotal = 220 required spaces.
5. Existing deficient = 44 spaces.
6. Verify existing number of parking spaces, the SUP file
indicates 171 spaces in this retail center.
7. A request for a special exception to the parking
requirements for this restaurant must be brought to the
Board of Adjustment for consideration.
7. Correct the spelling of REQUIRED.
PROPOSED PATIO:
1. Need to specify type, color and height of proposed
fence.
2. Will there be any outdoor lighting? If so, type and
location need to be specified.
3. Explain the proposed planters, type color, etc.
4. Vedfy that there will not be any roof structure/covering
to this patio.
5. Need to add a note to the plan indicating that there
will be no staging of food and/or beverages on this
patio.
6. Revise the note that states "alcohol available" to
"restaurant with private club"
