Dear Matt:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1030R, Daddy Jack's, zoning change request from C-S-1030
(Commercial-Special Use Permit-1030) to C-S-1030R (Conunercial, Special Use Permit-1030 Revised), to alloxv
an outdoor seating area along the south side of the existing restaurant and private club located in Suite 101 of the
Braewood Shopping Center, 150 S. Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
June 8.2004, subject to the following conditions:
l ) The development shall be in accordance with the site plan, patio plan and revised floor plan.
2) The hours of operation shall not exceed 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, and lunch service
on Friday from 11 am. to 2 p.m.
3) There shall be no preparation and/or staging of food and/or beverages on this patio.
4) Table lighting and outdoor music (not exceeding the music level inside the restaurant) shall be
allowed. There shall be no live music allowed on the patio.
5) Provide a Ibur-lbot hedge from the fence opening at the east end of the building to the middle
of the arc of the fence.
In order to prepare an Ordinance. we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed
and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for your deposit
reimbursement of $150.
