P&Z letter of approval on 5/20T H E · C I T Y 0 F COl'FELL May 21, 2004 Mr. Matt Kostial Oracle Engineering 7012 Lindsley Avenue Dallas, TX 75223 RE: Case No.: S-1030R~ Daddy Jack's Dear Matt: This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1030R, Daddy Jack's, zoning change request from C-S- 1030 (Commercial-Special Use Permit-1030) to C-S-1030R (Commercial, Special Use Permit- 1030 Revised), to allow an outdoor seating area along the south side of the existing restaurant and private club located in Suite 101 of the Braewood Shopping Center, 150 S. Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 20, 2004, subject to the following conditions: l) The development shall be in accordance with the site plan, patio plan and revised floor plan. 2) The hours of operation shall not exceed 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, and lunch service on Friday from 11 am. to 2 p.m. 3) There shall be no staging of food and/or beverages on this patio. 4) Table lighting and outdoor music shall be allowed in accordance with City Ordinance. There shall be no live music allowed on the patio. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
