NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th
day of May, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No.
S-1030R, Daddy Jack's, zoning change request from C-S-1030 (Commercial-Special Use Permit-1030) to C-S-
1030R (Commercial, Special Use Permit-1030 Revised), to allow an outdoor seating area along the south side
of the existing restaurant and private club located in Suite 101 of the Braewood Shopping Center, 150 S. Denton
Tap Road, at the request of Matt Kostial, Oracle Engineering. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also
consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned
Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department,
255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
