The bdck color at the retail units is Pink_..___Coral, and the Paint type of the cor..~rugated ~late is Metallic Gr~y. The view from the screen is a bit distorted with regards to the text (unless at 200%), but printing at 11 X17 it will be as clear as a bell. This is the same set you received previously. As I said at the P&Z meeting, T×U has a dedicated access easement from the HOA. I have contacted Karen Palmer, who is the HOA president and she is on board. They do not have the modifications to address the following conditions: 1. Access drive shall be constructed of matedal capable of supporting 40,000 pounds. 2. If access or improvements are within the Riverchase HOA, permission must be granted by the HOA pdor to construction. 3. Show masonry wall and gate specifications (i.e., material, color and type). The brick color shall match the Coppell Crossing retail center (not painted), and the gate color shall be painted gray to match nearby dumpster enclosure. A letter was sent out following the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting stating that we need 3 sets of revised plans addressing the third comment with one 8 ~ X 11 reduction and the electronic version. We can make the copies for you, as we are running short on time as long as you can get me an electronic version. The previous electronic version is difficult to read. Please ensure this is a more legible version. Please let me know what I can do to help.
