Dear Mr. Whan:
This letter is to inform you that ~he ~rossin~ Addit~ Lot
2R Bl~ock 1, R~eplat, being a replat of Lot 2, Block 1 of the Sandy Lake
Crossing Addition, to allow the construction of an approximate 7,200-
square-foot retail building on 0.737 of an acre of property located along
the south side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 200 feet west of Denton
Tap Road, was denied, without prejudice, by the Coppell City Council on
Tuesday, June 8, 2004.
This Replat will be brought back fbr Council's consideration on July 6th.
