Whan Creekside Construction, LTD. 160 Kristen Lane, Suite 1 Wylie, TX 75098 RE: Sandy Lake Crossing Addition~ Lot 2R~ Block 1~ Replat Deaf Toni: This letter is to inform you that the Sandy Lake Crossing Addition, Lot 2R, Block 1, Replat, being a replat of Lot 2, Block 1 of the Sandy Lake Crossing Addition, to allow the construction of an approximate 7,200-square-foot retail building on 0.737 of an acre of property located along the south side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 200 feet west of Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Conmnission on Thursday, May 20, 2004, subject to the following conditions: l ) Designating the fire lane parallel to Sandy Lake Road as a fire lane and mutual access easement. 2) Correcting the name of the City from Chapel to Coppell in the surveyor's certificate. 3) Adding the name of the plat in the City Secretary's signature block. 4) Additional comments may be generated and a need for additional easements may be identified as a result of a detailed engineering review. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Plarming and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the Replat on or before 12 noom Wednesday~ May 26t".
