office building on 0.4 of an acre of property located along the west side of Coppell Road,
approximately 300 feet south of Bethel Road (717 Coppell Road), was recommended for approval
by thc Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 21, 2004, subject to the
following condition:
1) Compliance with the attached Engineering PD comments.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 9, 2004,
at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in
Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application.
