Dear Dr. Rozas:
This letter is to inform you that the Rozas Addition, Lot 1, Block A, Site Plan, to allow the
construction of a 6,514-square-foot dental/medical office building on 0.98 of an acre of
property located along the north side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 280 feet east of
Moore Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, November 9, 2004,
subject to the following condition:
1) A tree removal permit is required prior to construction.
For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a period of two years from the date of
approval by City Council (November 9, 2006).
