1, Include site data table with zoning as indicated on the
attached checklist.
2. Include a 6' masonry wall along the west and south
property lines. Coordinate with the Engineering
Department for the exact location.
3. Show distance between Moore and proposed
driveway on north property line and between Sandy Lake
and proposed driveway on east property line.
4. Correct monument sign dimensions. Measure from
the bottom of the base to the top of the cap for the
height. Measure from each end of the cap for the width.
Maximum sign area is 40 square feet. Show location.
5. Indicate what the random squares represent.
6. Change title from "Preliminary Site Plan" to "Detail
Site Plan."
Elevations
1. Indicate building height on elevations.
2. Show all proposed attached sign areas.
3. Show screening walls.
4. Resolve discrepancy between floor plan and
elevations.
6. Submit color board with materials and color
rendering at DRC.
Landscape Plan
1. Show 1 tree per 40 feet on north, south and west
property lines due to primary image zone requirements
and residential screening requirements.
2. Revise 10' landscape strip to 15' along Sandy Lake
and Moore due to perimeter screening of parking area
requirements.
3, Review the typical retail edge treatment of the
Streetscape Ordinance. Crape Myrtles should be
grouped at driveways, and Cedar Elms should be
dominant street tree.

1. The site plan shows a 20' drainage easement on the south side of the property. That does not
appear on thc plat. Resolve this discrepancy.
2. The driveway on Moore Road should line up with the drive across the street.
