RE: Case No. PD-161R-SF-12~ Stratford Manor
Dear Bill:
]'his letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-161R-SF-12, Stratford Manor, zoning change request
from PD-161-SF-12 (Plmmed Development-161-Single Family-12) to PD-161R-SF-12 (Planned
Development-161 Revised-SF-12), to amend the Landscape Plan to allow for an 144-square-foot
entry building, with landscaping in the common area (Lot IX), was recommended for approval by
the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 19, 2004, subject to the
following condition:
1) Prior to the issuance of a building permit for this structure, the Engineering
Department must approve plans, which shall include a contractor's verification
of the location of the existing water and sewer mains and services relative to
the proposed structure. If a conflict exists, the utility lines shall be relocated out
from under the proposed structure.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 14, 2004,
at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in
Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application.
