NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19t~
day of August, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. PD-161R-SF-12, Stratford Manor, zoning change request from PD-161-SF-12 (Planned Development-161-
Single Family-12) to PD-161R-SF-12 (Planned Development-161 Revised-SF-12), to amend the Landscape
Plan to allow for an 144-square-foot entry building, with landscaping in the common area (Lot IX), at the
request of Bill Anderson, Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell
and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the
City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the
City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 14th day of September, 2004, at
7 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation
relative to Case No. PD-161R-SF-12, Stratford Manor, zoning change request from PD-161-SF-12 (Planned
Development-161-Single Family-12) to PD-161R-SF-12 (Planned Development-161 Revised-SF-12), to amend
