Dear Mr. and Mrs. Florentino:
On September I4, 2004, the Coppell Cib' Council unanimously approved a zoning
change from TC (Town Center) to S-1219~TC (Special Use Permit-1219-Town
Center), to allow the operation ora 1,500-square-foot ice cream shop to be located
in the Town Center Addition, Lot 2, Block 3, along the east side of Denton Tap
Road, north of Town Center Blvd.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-392, which xvas approved
by Council and signed by the Mayor on October 12, 2004.
