NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th
day of August, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. S-1219-TC, Carvel Ice Cream, zoning change request from TC (Town Center) to S-1219-TC (Special Use
Permit-1219-Town Center), to allow the operation of a 1,500-square-foot ice cream shop to be located in the
Town Center Addition, Lot 2, Block 3, along the east side of Denton Tap Road, north of Town Center Blvd., at
the request of Joe and Lisa Florentino. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other
zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, TX 75019.

TC (Special Use Permit-1219-Town Center), to allow the operation of a 1,500-square-foot ice cream shop to be
located in the Town Center Addition, Lot 2, Block 3, along the east side of Denton Tap Road, north of Town
Center Blvd., at the request of Joe and Lisa Florentino. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or
