NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19t~
day of August, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. S-1220-TC~ Verizon Wireless, zoning change request from TC (Town Cemer) to S-1220-TC (Special Use
Permit-1220-Town Center) to allow for the replacemem of a 70-foot light standard with an 80-foot light
standard to permit a wireless communication amenna, with ground-mounted equipmem, located at 363 N.
Demon Tap Road (Andrew Brown Park West), at the request of Mason M. Griffin. The Planning and Zoning
Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including
the Planned Development district. All imerested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of imerest
may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
