Verizon Wireless hereby applies for administrative approval and, in the alternative, a
special use permit for the construction of the tower improvements herein described. I
have enclosed checks for $405,00, $405.00, and $405.00 representing the filing fees for
each of the applications.
Please consider the propagation maps contained in each application as the inventory of
existing sites required under Section 12-32A-3(C) of the Code of Ordinances of the City
uf Coppell Section 12-32A-3(F) requires that towers comply with all FAA/FCC
regulations. I'he fhll review of each of these sites is still in process, but we do not
anticipate an) problems with compliance with FAA or FCC regulations. Section 12-
'<2A-3(G) requires that tox~ers comply with buildings codes and applicable standards for
tox~c~s. Verizon Wireless x~ill be appl)ing tbr building permits for all three sites and
~cqtlests approxa} oi thc applications subject to the requirement that Verizon Wireless

indicated on the photo simulations attached to each application, Verizon Wireless will not
attach any signs to any antenna or tower.
Section 12-32A-6(B)(1)(k) of the City Code requires a description of feasible locations of
future towers or antennas within the City. This determination is typically made as the
need for such towers arises. As indicated in the Affidavits that accompany each
application, these lhree sites will provide coverage to a mzkjor portion of the City and will
fill existing gaps in coverage. For your benefit, I have attached two propagation maps as
Exhibit A to this coxer letter. The first indicates the present coverage of the City, and the
second shows the coverage upon completion of all three of the towers covered by this
application.
Please note that this cover letter and all attachments should be made a part of the public
record with respect to each and every application attached hereto.
Please contact with me with any questions or concerns.
Very truly yours,
Bracewell & Patterson, L.L.P.
