This is a FINAL plat instead ora MINOR plat because it was a part of the original Preliminary Plat of the Sherri[I Acres Addition, this needs to be reflected as such in the title block. 2. Include all platting information on the lot to the west, Lot 2B, Block 1 including all adjacent easements and property lines. 3. The phone number of the owner is different on the site plan and landscape plan than it is on the Final Plat, and the owner's name is spelled wrong on the Final Plat. 4. Revise the franchise utility signature block to reflect "TXU Electric Delivery" and a separate signature line for TXU Gas. 5. Change AT&T Broadband to Comcast.
