Comments
1. Streets and utilities (water fines) must be accepted
prior to submission for building permits,
2~ No platting comments made.
Replat Unacceptable, please contact Jeff Curry at
972-570-4126 to discuss easement requirements,
1, Review of Final Engineering will take place after
Council approval of Final Plat,
2. Coordinate with the City of Lewisville for connection
to their street, drainage system and traffic control at
Lake Vista and MacArthur.
3. Provide a second access point for emergency
services for Phase I of this development. This could be
done by completing Snowshill Trail or providing a
temporary access point on Cotswold Lane.

Engineering review,
1. More than one fire apparatus access road is required
based on the occupancy and construction type,
2. 'Dead-end' roads in excess of 150 ft shall have
approved tum-arounds.
3. Fire hydrant spacing on "Water & Sewer" plan need
to be rearranged. Fire department requires a
minimum of one fire hydrant per street regardless of
the 600-ft spacing requirement,

title block (9 -10 common areas?), and properly
number each on plat document (two 5X's for example)
2. Add note that all common areas will be
maintained by HOA.
3. This addition is in Denton County, not Dallas
County--change description block, pg. 2.

Company.
