P&Z letter of approval-10/21/04COP?ELL October 22, 2004 Mr. Brion Sargent lA lnterior Architects 3232 McKinney Avenue, Suite 970 Dallas, TX 75204 RE: Gateway Business Park No. 2~ Lot 2~ Block A (Avaya)~ Site Plan Amendment Dear Brion: This letter is to inform you that the Gateway Business Park No. 2, Lot 2, Block A (Avaya), Site Plan Amendment, to allow for the addition of three air conditioner chillers, an additional transformer and modification of the previously approved generator plan on property located at 1111 Freeport Parkway, was recormmended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 21, 2004, subject to the following conditions: 1) A tree removal permit will be required if trees are removed. 2) Dimension transformer sizes. 3) Add Live Oak trees in front of chiller screening wall. 4) Abide by comments of other departments (Engineering) The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 9, 2004, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as reconunended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies (24"x36") of revised plans on or before 12 noon, Wednesday~ October 27th.
