NOTICE OF PUBLIC HF ARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a' public hearing on Thursday, the 19t~
day of August, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. S-1221-C, Verizon Wireless, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to S-1221-C (Special Use
Permit-1221-Commercial), to allow for a maximum 25-foot extension of an existing 75-foot monopole, to
allow for a co-location of a wireless communication antenna at the height of 100-feet, with ground-mounted
equipment, located 636 Sandy Lake Road, at the request of Mason M. Griffin. The Planning and Zoning
Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including
the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest
may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
