This letter is to inform you that the Northlake 635 Business Park, Lots IR and IR1, Block D,
Replat (Coppell Business Center Il), to allow for the replat of one lot into two lots on 32.83 acres of
property located at the northwest comer of Belt Line Road and Lakeshore Drive, was recommended
for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 18, 2004,
with no conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 14, 2004,
at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in
Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application.
