No comments made. Replat Unacceptable, please contact Jeff Curry at 972-570~,126 to discuss easement requirements. 1. The language of the easement dedication statement does not meet our requirements. 2. Do we need any utility easements in this area? 3. Portions of the property are in Zone "A" of the Flood Plain. Showthe limits of the Flood Plain on the Plat. Where the Flood Plain is outside the limits of the easements, you will need to modify the easements and/or the flood plain limits. No comments concerning replat with the assumption that current fire lane easements are not affected. No comment 1. Need to revise the name of the replat, there is already a Lot 2R Block D.. recommendation: Lots 1R and 1 R1, Block D of Northlake 635 Business Park 2. Along all property lines are two to three setback lines, which have been carried forward from previous replatting activities which are inconsistent and conflicting, please abandon, per this plat all previous platted setback lines. 3. Along Lakeshore Drive, there is a fire lane note and arrows which do not match. 4. Existing easements should not be "faded" unless being abandoned via this plat (i.e. underground electric and gas easements). 5. Revise the Title Block to read" Lots 1R and 1 R1 Block D, being a Replat of Lot 1, Block D of Northlake 635 Business Park Addition, and correct all references in signature blocks, etc. 6. Relocate Vol , Page to lower right-hand comer of the sheet.
