Utility Plan -
1. Connection to existing sewer on east side of Denton
Tap shall be by dry bore.
2. Provide a clean-out at the property line for the sewer
service.
3. Will there be an irrigation meter?
4. Provide preliminary grading and drainage plans for
review. Storm drainage shall be picked up onsite.
Plat -
1. Provide mutual access easement for site plan
comments.
2. Define the easement shown on the plat.
