This letter is to infom~ you that the BEI Properties Addition, Lot 1, Block A, Site Plan, to
allow the construction of a 3,537-square-foot retail building on 0.48 of an acre of property
located along the west side of Denton Tap Road, between Southwestern Boulevard and
Bethel Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, December 14, 2004,
subject to the following condition:
I ) Ensure the lighting shown on the rear elevation meets the glare and
lighting standards of the Zoning Ordina~ce.
This Site Plan is valid for a period of two )'ears and will expire December 14, 2006.
