Dear Mr. Mansory:
This letter is to inform you that the BEI Properties Addition, Lot 1, Block A, Site Plan, to
allow the construction of a 3,537-square-ibot retail building on 0.48 of an acre of property
located along the west side of Denton Tap Road, between Southwestern Boulevard and
Bethel Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, November 18, 2004, subject to the following condition:
1)
Ensure the lighting shown on the rear elevation meets the glare and
lighting standards of the Zoning Ordinance.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December
14, 2004, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which
will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in
the denial of this application.
