NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st
day of October, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. PD-204-C, Cr~me de la Cr~mc, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to PD-204-C (Planned
Devclopment-204-Commcrcial) to allow thc construction ora 20,425-square-foot day care center on 2.8 acres of
property, located along thc east side of Denton Tap Road, south of the Vintage Car Wash, at the request of
Brion Sargent, IA, interior architects. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest
may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
