Roy Superintendent of Schools Lewisville Tndependent School District 1800 Timber Creek Road Flower Mound, Texas 75028 file://C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\GW} 00001 .HTM 6/29/04 COPPELL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15~ day of July, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-202-TH-1, Villas of Lake Vista, zoning change request from HC (Highway Commemial) to PD-202-TH-1 (Planned Development-202-Townhouse-1) to allow the construction of 155 townhome lots and 13 common areas on approximately 22 acres of property located south of Lake Vista Drive, east of MacArthur Blvd., at the request of Wakeland Property Company, and an amendment to the Land Use Plan of the 1996 Comprehensive Master Plan from Mixed Use to Residential High Density. All interested citizens of the City of CoppelI and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
