Dear John:
On October 12, 2004, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved a zoning
change from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-205-HC (Planned Development-
205-Highway Commercial), to allow for the development of six, one- and two-
story general and medical office buildings, totaling approximately 62,700-square
feet, and two common areas, on 7.77 acres of property located along the north side
of S.H. I21, approximately 670 feet easl of Denton Tap Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-395, which was approved
by Council m~d signed by the Mayor on November 9, 2004.
