NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 16th
day of September, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of
Case No. PD-205-HC, Vista Ridge Addition, Lots 1BR-8X Block D (The Plaza), zoning change request from
HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-205-HC (Planned Development-205- Highway Commercial), to allow for the
development of six, one- and two-story general and medical office buildings, totaling approximately 62,600-
square feet, and two common areas, on 7.77 acres of property located along the north side of S.H. 121,
approximately 670 feet east of Denton Tap Road, at the request of JDB Real Estate. All interested citizens of the
City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by
letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation
relative to Case No. PD-205-HC, Vista Ridge Addition, Lots 1BR-8X Block D (The Plaza), zoning change
request from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-205~HC (Planned Development-205~ Highway Commemial), to
allow for the development of six, one- and two-story general and medical office buildings, totaling

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

alternative audio/visual devices, and amanuenses) for participation in or access to the City of Coppell sponsored
public programs, services and/or meetings, the City requests that individuals make requests for these services forty-
