1. What portion of grading, utilities and drainage will
be built under Phase I?

Site Plan:
1. Show fire hydrant locations.
2. Show Fire Departrment Connection location.
3. Indicate all turning radii for fire lane.
4. Building will be required to have a mechanical
smoke exhaust system, will need to show 'louvers' and
fans on elevations.
Preliminary Water:
1. Show Fire Department Connection location
2. Show automatic fire sprinkler tap and 'lead-in'
3. Dead-end fire lines not to exceed 150 feet
4. Must be able to prove 'fire flow requirements' for the
building if using 6-inch underground piping to fire
hydrants.
5. Fire hydrants and FDC shall be in 'landscape islands'
for servicing purposes.
1. Tree Removal Permit will be required prior to the
start of construction.
2. Additional discussion is needed as to the timing of
the proposed removal of 13,744 caliper inches of trees
in Phase 1, and the retribution being spread out over 5
years.
1. Appears landscaping provided is short of
requirements.
2. Verify that the trees proposed to be within the
existing 30' TP&L easement, along Sandy Lake Road,
will be allowed under the existing overhead Bines.
3. Need color board for proposed Phase I construction.
4. Since Phase I is a detailed plan, the Landscape
Plan should so indicate for the same phase.
5. Clearly show boundary of Phase ] landscaping.
6. Drake Elm not on plant palette.
7. Botanical names as well as quantities of each plant
specimen needs to be shown on landscape plan for
Phase I development.
