Please allow this letter to serve as verification of zoning for the above referenced
property in Coppell, Texas. This property is zoned MF-2 (Multifamily-2) with a
Special Use Permit for a day care center. On July 23, 1985 City Council approved a
request by Daybridge Learning Center for a SUP for a Day Care Center. Attached
hereto are copies of the agenda and the minutes from that public hearing, as well as
the approved site plan for this center. There was no time limit attached to this SUP,
so it remains valid. Therefore, in terms of zoning compliance, this building may be
re-occupied for a similar day car use, assuming there will be no modifications or
expansions to the exterior of the building.
It is recommended that prior to any internal renovations, the Building Inspections
Department at 972-304-3500, and the Fire Marshall, Travis Crump, at 972-304-3503
be contacted.
