Our ordinances are'"~illll~lly written, "as amended" to allow for future development to reflect the codes
and ordinances applicable at the time of development.
If you want a variances to that, it too, must be written in as a PD condition.

But that does not provide protection if the current HC zoning is amended, assuming that happens, and now
aspects that were in compliance are no longer in compliance. Or are the rules such that the PD would be
governed by the ordinances in-place and approved when the PD was approved?
That is the concern and reason why are a being somewhat repetitive.

You really do not need to attach the existing ordinance, just the proposed variances to the
ordinance... The PD conditions need to be concise as possible, All regulations of the HC District
shall apply, except as amended herein.., or something like that.
I have attached Article 29, the Sign Ordinance
.. again, the entire zoning ordinance is available at www.municode_com and desired portions can
be cut and pasted into a word document.
