Dear Bob:
This letter authorizes you to use the Wynnpage Plaza south monument sign for
Pharmaskincare signage. Pharmaskincare is responsible for all costs associated
with the removal and replacement of the lettering on the monument sign. HWP
will retain the existing lettering on the monument sign. When the existing lettering
is removed please return them to us for storage. HWP will retain final approval of
the sign configuration. Once your plan is formalized please review over it with me
prior to installation.
