1) The notation "fence and building setback line" being added to the west side of this
lot, along St. James Place.
Staff recommends approval.

Dear Marcie,

attend the January City Council meeting.
I will be out of the country; however, it is ever so important
that I be there to represent our case. I am asking
to be granted a delay until the February 8, 2005 meeting.
