CC letter of approval 2/8/05COPPELL February 9, 2005 Mr. & Mrs. Marvin Watkins 612 St. James Place Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Windsor Estates~ Lot IT Block Bt Replat Dear Mr. &Mrs. Watkins: This letter is to inlbrm you that the Windsor Estates, Lot I, Block B, Replat, to revise the fence line from 25' to 15' along DeForest Road to allow for a four-foot tall wrought iron fence on an 18-inch tall retaining wall on Lot 1, Block B (612 St. James), was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday', February 8, 2005, with no conditions. This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by the City Council (August 8, 2005), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records I)epartment.
