Dear Mr. &Mrs. Watkins:
This letter is to inform you that the Windsor Estates, Lot 1, Block B, Replat, to revise the fence line from
25' to 15' along DeForest Road to allow for a four-foot tall wrought iron fence on a I6-inch tall
retaining wall on Lot 1, Block B (612 St. James), ;vas denied, without prejudice, by the Coppell City
Council on Tuesday, January 1 I, 2005. This Public Hearing will be placed on the February 8th Council
agenda for consideration at that time.
The meeting will start at 7 p.m., and a representative must be present. Failure to represent this item may
result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets
only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the revised
Replat with the notation "Fence and building setback line" being added to the west side of Lot 1, Block B,
along St. James Place on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ January 26th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 '/2
x 11 paper reduction, along with one jpg, tiff; pdf or similar electronic file.
