Provide a means of making electric service less conspicuous from Denton Tap Road (Primary Image Zone). 4. Provide location map, distance to nearest cross street and scale. Indicate that materials and colors will match existing structure, as well as building elevations (show any additional signage). A reminder that the applicant will be responsible for obtaining a zoning change request sign from the Planning Department and placing the sign on the property 10 days prior to the Planning Commission hearing.
