1. No new pavement to be closer than 10 feet to north or south property line.
Add 30-inch high landscape screen along front of parking space adjoining Denton Tap
Road (like in front of the cleaners).
Provide a means of making electric service less conspicuous from Denton Tap Road
(Primary Image Zone).
4. Provide location map, distance to nearest cross street and scale.
Indicate that materials and colors will match existing structure, as well as building
elevations (show any additional signage).
Provide landscaping plan and plant list for area west of the rear of the existing
building, and landscaping ratios for entire site.
7. Indicate the nature of additional lighting.
8. Show zoning districts of adjoining property.
9. Show existing and proposed sign locations, descriptions and elevation views.
10.
Provide topography with a contour interval of 2 feet or less, referenced to sea level,
and the manner of grading for the proposed additional pavement.
11.
Show location of all existing trees between the existing pavement and the sanitary
sewer easement.
12.
A reminder that the applicant will be responsible for obtaining a zoning change
request sign from the Planning Department and placing the sign on the property 10
days prior to the Planning Commission hearing. There is a $100.00 deposit fee for
the sign. (Fill out attached form and return to the Planning Department no later than
Friday, July 3, 1997.)
