Notice of P&Z & CC mtgs.NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th day of July, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1084R, Kwik Kar, zoning change for property zoned C-S.U.P. (Commercial-Special Use Permit) by amending its Site Plan of the automotive service center to permit a 900 square foot building expansion for two additional service bays on property located approximately 300 feet south of Bethel School Road, along the west side of Denton Tap Road, at the request of Kwik Industries, Inc. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this amendment to the Special Use Permit request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
