Weinman Architects.

1. It appears that the drive-thru direction is shown wrong.
2. Please provide a 15' landscape easement adjacent to Denton Tap Road with a 5' sidewalk
will be required.
3. New concrete parking lots must be 5" with 6" lime stabilized base as per the City's
Subdivision Ordinance.
4. Show stacking length for cars in drive-thru.

Committ~ (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 3rd DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August 8th to resubmit twenty-eight (28) folded copies of
revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies and one (1) transparency of each exhibit to the Plannin~
Department.
