Electric tower, located approximately 1,000' southwest of the intersection of S. MacArthur Boulevard and the T.U. Electric transmission line easement; north of E. City of Coppell Development Review Committee Comments Planning Department S-1108R, PCS PrimeCo Wireless Communications, A Zoning Change from "A-S.U.P." to "A-S.U.P." DRC Date: September 30, 1999 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: October21, 1999 City Council Meeting: November9, 1999 Specify exterior building material of the growth cabinets, as well as the existing PrimeCo equipment shelter. Staff requests the applicant visit the AT&T site located approximately 710' northwest of the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and the DART right-of- way. The site is visible from the alleys of the new residential subdivision Hollows at Northlake Woodlands located north of the intersection of Beltline Road and Mockingbird. Staff requests that PCS PrimeCo provide similar landscaping around both the cabinets and the base of the TU Electric tower. Typically, all landscaping should be irrigated. If site can not be irrigated, then staff requests that the plant material be kept in healthy and growing condition. Indicate on the Site Plan the residential subdivision of the Hollows at Northlake Woodlands. Bring to the October 7th a color board of all exterior-building materials. A reminder, that the zoning change request sign must be posted on the property on site by October 11th and must remain on site through November 9th. Fill out the attached form and return to the Planning Department by Friday, October 8th. Note: A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff commonts please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the October 7th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and @lans to the October 7th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, October 12th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department
