Could the proposed new equipment be stored in the existing cabinet?
Specify on the elevations the color of the proposed cabinets.
Correct the Cotton Road reference on the Site Plan to Fritz Drive. Also, change
Old Radio Road to Royal Lane.
Indicate on the drawings exact new location of displaced photinias. Quantify how
many plants will be displaced. Staff has concern with regards to the phontinia,
the plant species is no longer on the city's approved plant palette. Therefore,
substitute the photinias you arc relocating with the Nellie R. Stevens Holly.
Another concern staff has pertains to the displaced hedge screen, that it may
create a visual gap. The applicant is responsible of maintaining a solid screen
around the cabinet structures at all times.
Confirm the distance of thc site from Royal Lane (1,763' shown on the site plan
or 1,346' as indicated on the application and in the previous ordinance).
The landscape plan must be signed and sealed by a landscape architect or
bonafide nurseryman.
Place a notation on the site plan that the landscaping shall be kept in growing and
healthy condition.
Please fill out attached Zoning Request Change Sign form and return to the
Planning Department no later than Thursday, March 4, 1999. The sign must be
placed on the property no later than March 8~.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations
should not be followed when you attend the March 4th Development Review Committee (DRC)
meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the March 4th DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project
or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, March 9th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised
plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Plann'mg Department.
