This should be a common driveway with Lot 8. 4) Driveway spacing must meet Subdivision Ordinance requirements. (minimum 100' based on 35 mph speed limit) 5) Show the scale of the drawing. 6) Show dimensions of the left turn lane. DRC Date: July 25, 1996 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: City Council Meeting: Sept. 10, 1996 August 15, 1996 I. Monument sign cannot be higher than 4 feet or larger than 40 square feet. 2. Awnings may not be backlit. 3. Applicant should be aware that the property will need to be replatted. A reminder that the applicant will be responsible for obtaining a zoning change request sign from the Planning Department and placing the sign on the property 10 days prior to the Planning Commission heating. There is a $100.00 deposit fee for the sign. (Fill out the attached form and return to the Planning Department no later than Friday, August 2, 1996. Note: A. B. C Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 1, 1996 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
