Coppell's Masterplan calls for a twenty foot wide Hike/Bike lratl easement to be dedicated

1. Gates shown on plans can not block the fire lanes at any time.
All portions of the exterior of buildings to be Within in 150 feet of a fire
hydrant.
What precautions are being taken to prevent: stray balls from entering
roadways ?
l~re Department staff has concerns regarding children around the ball
field area. Are there any fences planned around the spectator area? Is
the area surrounding the ball field to be fenced? How is access to the
ball field going to be controlled.
