Dear Mr. Boren:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. ZC-600, Boren Addition, zoning change request
from MF-2 (Multi-family-2) to SF-12 (Single Family-12), on approximately 10.4 acres of
property located at the northeast comer of Warren Crossing and Beverly Drive, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, March 14, 2000, with no conditions.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When
this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to
you.
As a reminder, the Zoning Change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for
your deposit reimbursement of $100.
